Each section of frame is hand cut from carefully selected joinery quality ash, and wherever possible the grain is matched on all kits. |
A complete woodkit from Woodies will give you everything you should need. We call it our ‘trade’ or ‘export’ kit because it has evolved around the demands of our trade and export customers, neither of whom want to get part way through the job and be held up by costly ordering of additional parts. Nor do they want to pay for parts unlikely to be used. There are always going to be exceptions, and parts can be added or omitted as necessary from our standard kit. Buying a full kit means you will get a minimum of 10% discount off list price together with instructions and our usual back up service. The sides are despatched in purpose built boxes and, in the case of export kits, in a wooden crate. We advise our export customers to have our assembled sides dismantled for shipping . This saves considerably on freight cost and risk of damage. A TYPICAL KIT
If you require inner cappings or inner roof rails or any further panels or trims they can be supplied at a discounted price when ordered as part of the kit. |

Kits are exported around the world and a comprehensive kit is available containing everything you need to replace a Traveller woodframe, along with instructions and a full back-up service. If you are tempted to try one of the cheaper kits available please check with the Morris Minor Owner Club Technical Department. As with all things, you get what you pay for. |
