The woodwork side of the business is Woodies' speciality and both workshop and DIY customers are catered for. Traveller woodframes make up 90% of the business and with thousands of woodwork replacements and woodkits completed, the service offered can be relied upon to be of the best quality.

Efficient use of timber results in a quality product that is not overpriced. Only the best quality ash is selected from renewable sources allowing excellent colour and grain match.

Kits are exported around the world and a comprehensive kit is available containing everything you need to replace a Traveller woodframe, along with instructions and a full back-up service. Wood Frame Fitting Service

As coachbuilders specialising in Morris Travellers a complete and professional fitting service is available - either for individual sections or complete frames. All sections of seasoned ash are made on site and are preserved and finished in a product tailored to the customers requirements. All trims including guttering, window runners, wing piping etc. are included in the price and all bolts and screws are automatically replaced.

When fitting new wood it is advisable to have the rear panels sprayed and any associated welding completed.

Timber frames can also be supplied for Mini Clubman, Morris Oxford and any classic or vintage vehicle, and one off frames can be constructed for custom cars.


Mini countryman Woodwork

Woodies also manufacture woodwork kits for the Mini Countryman.

As with the rest of our wood kits the mini woodwork is made to the highest standards. Only the best quality ash is selected from renewable sources allowing excellent colour and grain match. All the joints are colour and grain matched as far as possible, with all joints cut and drilled ready for assembly.

Although these are normally supplied as full kits we can also supply individual sections. Our kits have been fitted around the world for 20 years, email or call us for prices and delivery costs.
